    Any device that pulls air through it requires cleaning and or preventative maintenance. Consider heating and air conditioning systems, automobile air filters, room air cleaners, etc. RAINBOWAIR ozone generators also require occasional maintenance to keep them operating at peak performance.

    For this reason we offer a RAKIT56-II for use in RAINBOWAIR 5600-II model.

      Repair kit

      The man I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and gave me comprehensive instructions. Between his instruction (most info) and 1 YouTube video, I felt very confident in DIY. I cleaned the unit meticulously, per conversation, and replaced the ceramic plate. I had stated the only thing wrong was the fuse. The person at Queen told me that was “impossible “! He saved me several days of delay. Unit is working just like new!
