      Repair kit

      The man I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and gave me comprehensive instructions. Between his instruction (most info) and 1 YouTube video, I felt very confident in DIY. I cleaned the unit meticulously, per conversation, and replaced the ceramic plate. I had stated the only thing wrong was the fuse. The person at Queen told me that was “impossible “! He saved me several days of delay. Unit is working just like new!
