To qualify, please return the product in its original carton, with all packing materials and a copy of your proof of purchase. Products that have been mistreated, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Limited Warranty
Queenaire Technologies warrants all new Queenaire, Rainbowair, and Newaire models to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when used properly for a period of (5) years from the date of original purchase for Queenaire and Rainbowair units and (2) years from the date of original purchase for Newaire units.
Ceramic generator plates are warranted for six (6) months against defects in materials and workmanship, but not against breakage, except as noted in the policy below. Any repair performed under warranty is covered only for the remaining, unexpired portion of the original warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use of the Unit in its original, unmodified condition. It does not apply to any Unit that has been:
- Altered, misused, or neglected
- Damaged by accident or improper handling
- Serviced or repaired by anyone not authorized by Queenaire Technologies
Warranty service must be performed only by an authorized Queenaire Technologies warranty repair center. When requesting service, proof of purchase date and maintenance history must be provided upon request.
