This fuse is designed for all Queenaire Ozone Generators, as well as the Rainbowair Activator 5600, and is installed on the left side of the unit, viewed from the back, where it powers the fan only. The same fuse is also used in the Newaire HO3-2500, and is installed on the bottom of the unit.
