Great product and Queenaire is an excellent company to do business with. Well-designed and built, it works great in a 15x30 room that houses our cats. Run it daily on a 15-minute cycle and it keeps ate room fresh. Had an initial fault with the timer that Queenaire repaired and returned within a week - outstanding customer service. 5-yrs. warranty, great catalog of replacement parts on the web site.

Easy to use
I use this model in my flooring business. I like it because I can choose how much ozone to put into a space and put a timer on it. When we finish an installation we finish the job by putting this ozone machine into the space and it kills all of the smells created during installation. Super easy to use and my customers never complain about new carpet smells or adhesives. I highly recommend this unit.
