To qualify, please return the product in its original carton, with all packing materials and a copy of your proof of purchase. Products that have been mistreated, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Limited Warranty
Queenaire Technologies warrants all new Queenaire and Rainbowair models (“the Unit”) to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when used properly, for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
Ceramic generator plates are warranted for six (6) months against defects in materials and workmanship, but not against breakage, except as noted in the policy below. Any repair performed under warranty is covered only for the remaining, unexpired portion of the original warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use of the Unit in its original, unmodified condition. It does not apply to any Unit that has been:
- Altered, misused, or neglected
- Damaged by accident or improper handling
- Serviced or repaired by anyone not authorized by Queenaire Technologies
Warranty service must be performed only by an authorized Queenaire Technologies warranty repair center. When requesting service, proof of purchase date and maintenance history must be provided upon request. All shipping or transportation costs related to warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exclusions and Limitations
The express warranty set forth herein is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All such implied warranties are hereby expressly excluded and disclaimed, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Except for damages resulting from Queenaire Technologies’ failure to comply with obligations under federal or state warranty law, Queenaire Technologies shall not be liable to the purchaser or to any other person for any damages, including but not limited to consequential or incidental damages, or for injury to any person resulting from a defect or malfunction of the Unit or any of its components.
Other Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.
No seller, distributor, or dealer of Queenaire Technologies has authority to make any representation, promise, or modification on behalf of Queenaire Technologies, or to alter the terms of this warranty in any way.
